What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll be charged based on your selected plan. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and won't be charged. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before your trial expires.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. For Business plans, we also support wire transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with FeedbackIQ, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching 80% of your monthly limits. If you exceed your limits, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or pay for overages at a pro-rated amount. Your feedback collection will continue to work without interruption.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No, all our plans are billed monthly or yearly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
